What's our return policy?
Suppose you're not happy for any reason. In that case, you may return eligible OneGoldFamily items within 30 days of receiving the order. The items have to be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Products marked "Final Sale" on the corresponding product page are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your cost.

Express shipping upgrades are not refundable.

 

What's the return process?
We are pleased to offer simple returns. Email us, and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of USD 16.00 (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be withheld from your refund to cover return shipping, handling, and restocking.

Exchanges

What's the exchange policy?
If you'd like to exchange something for a different color or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.

We offer Complimentary Shipping on all USA and UK orders.

We ship orders within 1 business day of when you place your order.

To the USA, we ship with USPS Priority Mail as standard/free shipping, or Priority Mail Express if you request for it, with the addition of +$14.00.

Even though Priority Mail delivers in 1-3 business days, our delivery time can take from 3 to 14 days due to our shipping address. Likewise with Priority Mail Express, which would be next-2 days, with us takes 2-5 days.

OneGoldFamily covers duties and taxes. You do not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.

We will send you a tracking number by email once we ship your order (1 business day after you place your order)

Please note:

Refused packages—and those not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g., mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our storeroom, less the shipping cost to and from the place of destination.

 

OneGoldFamily guarantees jewelry pieces exchange or money back of any manufacturing defect for one year from the date of purchase. The original product must be sent back to OneGoldFamily before receiving a new one or the return of your money.

 The warranty does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.
