Orders

  Orders made on www.onegoldfamily.com and sub-websites are only for private use and not intended for resale. We do our best to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. OneGoldFamily reserves the right that products are subject to availability and that items might be out of stock. OneGoldFamily shall not be held liable in case of the unavailability of products. OneGoldFamily reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including for suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Payments and Pricing

   We securely accept payments through WIX Payments and PayPal

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, CUP, Maestro, and PayPal.

OneGoldFamily displays prices in and accepts payments in various currencies.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

 

Shipping

At the moment we ship just to USA and UK.

We offer Complimentary Shipping on all USA and UK orders.

We ship orders within one business day of when you place your order.

To the USA, we ship with USPS Priority Mail as standard/free shipping, or Priority Mail Express if you request for it, with the addition of +$14.00.

Even though Priority Mail delivers in 1-3 business days, our delivery time can take from 3 to 14 days due to our shipping address. Likewise with Priority Mail Express, which would be next-2 days, with us takes 2-5 days.

To the UK, it takes between 1-2 business days after we ship your order.

Please note:

* The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted many flight routes, and our couriers may be delayed in delivering your parcel -- we are sorry. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times (even if you upgrade to express shipping) as we cannot predict service disruptions.*

  *Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country well as any applicable duties and taxes.*

 

Taxes and Duties

  OneGoldFamily covers duties and taxes. You do not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.

 

Returns

  Customers may return eligible products 30 days of receiving the order. The items have to be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Products marked "Final Sale" on the corresponding product page are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your cost.

Returned goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by OneGoldFamily.

Express shipping upgrades are not refundable. 

 

Warranty

  OneGoldFamily guarantees jewelry pieces exchange or money back of any manufacturing defect for one year from the date of purchase. The original product must be sent back to OneGoldFamily before receiving a new one or the return of your money.

 The warranty does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
